Procedure For Obtaining Degree Certificate At Convocation

Firstly Congrats on completing 3 fantastic years on tybcom.com
Congrats on managing the site and providing importance and other neccessary info which has helped me a lot in my studies.

I would like to know as to when the forms for degree certificate at convocation are filled and whether it can be filled by an other person other than me as i going for a holiday and will be back in the first week of August.

i guess the forms are available, your friend can collect the form i guess ,
but for submition u will need to go, and also to collect it u will have to go...
for collection of the certificate its ok if u dont go, u can give authority letter to the person who is going ... they will give the certificate to that person ....
