Megha.
I think Computers itself is very easy and it does not take much time to grasp the subject.
Those who do not have access to computers may find it difficult to cope with.
Nevertheless, thanks for offering help.![]()

woluld it be a problem if i leave out c from my preparations???![]()
looking forward to your reply mate
cheers
Well the question is not that hard to answer
it depends on ur skills of learning and mugging up...
excel required you to know all the menu names like File, Format, Edit, etc
and there contents to an extend which is a pain in the neck if u ask me and since you are already doing that with word since that you can't skip... some time you might get confuse in the menus with word and excel....
but then c required you to understand the programming logic which is easy once you know how it works else could be a pain in the head
what i suggest to you is try c programming is u can understand it since its not that difficult and you can always ask me questions and i will give you deep information of why and how it works in that manner since i am a programmer my self so my understanding of programming logic is quite good till i know...
i am pulling more force on C language since if once you understand it you never need to revise it, i did not studied for computers for my exams and i got 98 / 100 that 2 marks was due to silly mistake of semi-colon and ++ which will not happen again...
the options i selected is
1) C Language
2) Foxpro
3) Windows 95
4) Word
5) Internet and those other theories
if you need any other help or want me to explain in detail some thing do post
and i will reply as soon as possible
sorry for a delayed reply will try not doing that again![]()

do you have any books or refer to any notes for computers or any thing???
if so do tell me which one and i will try to pick up from there on
it will be easy for you to understand the logic from here and then solve the problems or have a look at them atleast...
will try my best to clear your logic![]()
My college hasn't given any option between C and Excel. So as far practicals are concerned, I'll have to study C!
Now, do I have an option between the 2 in the theory paper of 80 marks or will I have to stick with only C in my theory paper because my college hasn't given any option? I'm thinking of preparing for both for the theory paper and attempting the easier one or both if time permits etc. But can my college restrict me to C like they have done in the practicals? I'll be appearing in March 2008.
