convocation certificate

Hi

I have cleared my T.Y.B.com in march 2002 but have not yet taken my convocation certificte. I have already filled the fees but have not collected my convoctaion which I was supposed to collect before feb 2003, because i have lost my receipt . what is the procedure to get convocation? If some one know tell me about this issue regarding to my convocation certificate.

will i need to fill new convocation form or pay any late fees.
please advice me.

Hi,
As far as i know, you need to get NOC first and then submit it to the university exam house but i would suggest visiting Exam House in the university once and confirming the details.
