degree certificate

i have cleared my tybcom in october 2005,so on 12dec are they going to give out oct 2005 cleared certificates,i dont know the last date for october students ,i have got the convocation form with me ready, but i would like to get my certificate by post,so do i have to submit my fee receipt to university,or i will receive degree as soon as i fill my form and fee at palghar branch of bank of maharashtra. please advice.

Actually if you have submitted the form to the university then you will have to visit exam house approx. 6 months after the submission.

and currently bank of maharashtra also wont accept the form so visit exam house fill the form with passing certificate you got with october mark sheet and visit them again after 6 months.
